Louis de Carville
Louis is a technology leader with over fifteen years of experience delivering complex ERP and financial transformation programs. A recognized SAP® FICO/EPM expert, he has led global implementations across finance, consumer goods, manufacturing, and dairy - helping organizations modernize, stabilize, and develop sustainably. At NYLL, he drives execution excellence by combining Lean delivery with AI-enhanced practices to make ERP programs smoother, faster, and more human-centered. Known for his collaborative approach and multilingual fluency (EN/FR/ES), Louis is seen as a mentor who empowers teams and enhances overall performance. A lifelong rugby player and coach, he brings the sport’s core values - resilience, humility, discipline, and team spirit - into every engagement. Louis co-founded NYLL to address what traditional ERP delivery repeatedly fails to fix: inefficiency, team burnout, and results that fall short of expectations. His mission is simple: ERP projects should work better for everyone.

Lionel Deguy
With 27+ years in IT consulting, ERP programs, and enterprise PMO leadership, Lionel has spent his career steering global transformations and complex delivery portfolios. Known for disciplined execution and pragmatic leadership, he combines structure, agility, and data-driven governance to deliver meaningful, measurable impact. At NYLL, Lionel oversees delivery strategy and organizational performance, championing the smart integration of AI and automation to simplify complexity, reduce waste, and help teams focus on what truly drives value. He co-founded NYLL after witnessing decades of avoidable inefficiency - rework, overhead, outdated methods, and hour-based models that reward effort instead of outcomes. Lionel’s philosophy is grounded in early adoption, continuous improvement, and uncompromising clarity. His goal is to help clients build faster, more resilient delivery organizations - and to redefine what “good” looks like in an AI-accelerated world.

Youssouf Sylla
Youssouf is an innovation strategist with nearly twenty years of experience in ERP transformation, data analytics and AI adoption. He is driven by a single focus: making large-scale transformations more predictable, more human and more measurable. After supporting numerous ERP and technology programs, he has pinpointed the real causes of failure: loss of information, invisible drift and slow decision-making – rarely a lack of talent. At NYLL, he turns everyday signals – calls, chats, documents, tickets – into real-time steering. His approach combines Lean, automation and AI-augmented execution to reduce waste, protect scope and give teams the clarity they need to decide faster. In doing so, he targets the 10–30% of budget that too often disappears in the shadows. Outside of NYLL, Youssouf practices karate, swims and travels – disciplines that reflect his core values: clarity, discipline and freedom. He co-founded NYLL to build what most organizations are missing: a truly modern operating system where teams can work with both effectiveness and peace of mind.

Moksha Vaghela
Moksha is NYLL’s Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator, responsible for translating NYLL’s mission into compelling stories, clear messaging, and engaging digital experiences. She brings together design, content strategy, and analytics to make our work accessible, meaningful, and human. From product storytelling to social media strategy, she helps shape how clients and partners understand NYLL’s vision: that technology transforms organizations, but only when communication is clear, people are connected, and purpose guides every step. Her work ensures that every message carries the same values NYLL was founded on: clarity, empathy, and impact.
Project Manager Assistant
Andreea Maria Ghioltan
Andreea is focused on supporting the team in turning complex ideas into clear, reliable, and well-executed solutions. She excels at organizing many moving parts into simple, actionable plans, tracking risks and dependencies, and following through to completion. At NYLL, Andreea contributes by bringing structure, attention to detail, and execution discipline to the team’s work, helping ensure that what we build is high quality, delivered on time, and genuinely useful for end users. Her work reflects NYLL’s commitment to clarity, reliability, and impact, making technology easier to adopt by making execution thoughtful, consistent, and human.
