Our Story

A human hand meeting robotic hand
Where Human Intelligence Meets Artificial Insight

NYLL was born from a simple belief: technology projects fail when they forget the humans behind them.

After decades leading large-scale ERP and digital transformation programs, our founders saw the same recurring challenges - wasted effort, disconnected teams, and systems that promised efficiency but delivered exhaustion.

We created NYLL to change that.

At NYLL, we combine Lean-inspired discipline with AI-driven clarity to help organizations deliver IT and ERP projects with precision, purpose, and measurable impact.

Our hybrid approach transforms how teams plan, decide, and collaborate - shifting from reactive problem-solving to proactive performance.

This isn’t traditional consulting - it’s a new paradigm.

From Montreal to the world, NYLL partners with enterprises in finance, manufacturing, and professional services to redefine what success looks like:

Less noise, more meaning; less chaos, more connection; less artificial, more intelligent.

Because for us, technology enables transformation - but people make it real.

Our Philosophy

Built on Lean Principles, Driven by Human Intelligence

At NYLL, we are redefining how IT projects are managed and delivered. Our philosophy combines the discipline of Lean management with the intelligence of AI-driven insight, ensuring that progress is both efficient and human-centered.

We focus on eliminating the three sources of delivery inefficiency - known in Lean as Muda, Mura, and Muri - to create balance, flow, and clarity in every project.

MUDA

Waste: Activities or resources that consume time, budget, or effort without creating value for stakeholders. Examples include unclear requirements, redundant reporting, waiting for decisions, rework due to defects, poor scope control, or over-engineered processes.

Our goal: eliminate waste through clarity, automation, and continuous improvement.

MURA

Unevenness: Uneven workloads, inconsistent processes, and fluctuating priorities cause bottlenecks and idle time.

Our goal: standardize execution, balance capacity, and ensure a smooth, predictable flow of work across teams.

MURI

Overburden: When teams, tools, or systems are pushed beyond their capacity, performance and quality decline.

Our goal: create sustainable delivery environments through realistic timelines, balanced workloads, and supportive technology.

At NYLL, Lean isn’t just a method - it’s a mindset. We use it to guide every AI-enabled transformation, helping organizations deliver smarter, faster, and with greater well-being and purpose.

Our Values Charter

Don’t Settle for Artificial - Aim for Intelligent.

At NYLL, we believe technology should bring us closer to what truly matters - purpose, connection, and human dignity.
Our values guide every decision, every project, and every partnership.

1. Time to Reconnect with What Truly Matters

In a world where technology connects us to everything - except, at times, ourselves - we help organizations rediscover rhythm, not just speed. We build teams that breathe, collaborate, and find meaning in what they do.

2. Work as a Space for Fulfillment

Work is not a pause in life - it is life. We believe in organizations where gratitude, empathy, and joy drive performance. A successful project is not just delivered - it’s shared, built with pride and collective purpose.

3. Technology in Service of Human Dignity

Technology should amplify humanity, not replace it. AI should enhance judgment, not override it. Automation should reveal meaning, not erase it. We pursue progress that uplifts - designing tools that lighten cognitive load and make space for creativity, listening, and recognition.

4. Our Living Values

Our principles define how we lead, decide, and deliver:

  • Discipline - turning intention into action

  • Transparency - building trust through honesty

  • Kindness - speaking truth without fear

  • Creativity - solving without repeating

  • Empathy - understanding before fixing

  • Gratitude - recognizing every contribution

  • Joy - because a project without joy is effort without soul

5. Human-Centered Performance

We believe in performance that nourishes as much as it demands - measured not only in value created but in relationships strengthened.

Because every project is a collective work of art, its real value remains in those who bring it to life.
